Richard Jordan is the Support Desk Engineer at Aperio. His primary duties are handling Aperio’s Support Desk needs, while looking for opportunities to improve processes and documentation. Prior to joining Aperio, he was engaged in the various roles of Software Packaging and Distribution, Desktop Support, and Server Administrator. He received his BS in Computer Engineering at California State University, Sacramento. Richard spends his free time bicycling and kayaking.
